- Items are only exchangeable within 10 days from date of receiving the parcel. Any item received after the specified time will not be entertained.
- Only items on regular price are accepted.
- There will strictly be no refunds.
- There will only be a one-time exchange for each item and the exchange is final.
- You can only be eligible for the exchange if you received an incorrect item, received an incorrect size or if your item is defected.
- The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with its original price tag attached.
- Postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer.
- We do not give out/accept any credit vouchers.
Process of Returns(Local)
- Mail it back to us via a trackable postage mode & inform us of your tracking number via e-mail, along with the name of the item you would like to exchange to. We will not hold responsibility for any lost or damaged parcel.
- Please include the order receipt in the parcel and mail the parcel to :
- Kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the defected item for us to advise you further before mailing out the item back to us.
- If the item of your choice in the process of the exchange is not available, you can only choose another item of the same price.
- Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days (not inclusive of weekends & public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
- We will e-mail you once your return has been processed.
- All local orders will be sent out within 1 to 7 business days (not inclusive of weekends & public holidays) after receiving payment as all deliveries are carried out by our own delivery team.
